How did you get your start working in the Insurance industry?
I have been in the insurance industry within Canada for 4 years after graduating from Humber College. I have over 14 years of investment and insurance experience in United Arab Emirates (Dubai) at a local bank. After that, I worked with other top, local banks in their wealth management division, handling client’s who have a net worth of $500,000 and greater.
Why do you think Brokers are critical to this industry?
Being able to connect with clients, educate them and be by their side while protecting their lifestyle during unforeseen circumstances is extremely satisfying and an integral part of the broker industry. I like to work with individuals and businesses while being a part of their daily lives. Since I deal with all lines of insurance – personal, commercial and life – it gives me the opportunity to connect with clients and build trust.
What do you personally promise to your customers?
I believe in building trust and long-term relationships with my clients. My experience gives me an edge to focus on client needs by offering them one-stop solutions for their insurance and investment needs.
As my client’s broker, I promise to advocate for them and their individual needs. There is not a one size fits all policy and I will find you the right coverage.
How will you deliver on the promise?
- I will be accessible to my clients, always provide them with answers to their questions, solutions to their problems, and options for coverage.
